Maple Lawn is divided into five distinct districts. The Midtown District is currently being developed and it is the heart of the entire community with Main Street shopping and extensive recreational amenities including the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and of course, plenty of open space to enjoy.

To Visit Maple Lawn:
Take I-95 or Rt. 29 to MD-216 West toward Fulton. Pass through 1 roundabout. Enter next roundabout, and take 1st exit onto Maple Lawn Blvd.

Mitchell & Best models:

-Cleveland Park, Old Towne and the Kalorama Collection models are located at 7762 Water Street: From Maple Lawn Blvd proceed to the next traffic circle to a right on Tawes Street. Take your 1st left onto Water Street.  Sales office is located on the right. 240-568-8090
